After the tragic high speed crash that caused the untimely passing of Paul Walker, many were left asking; what will happen to the “Fast & Furious” Franchise? How would it finish? And even more importantly how would you honor the life of such a pivotal actor and humanitarian, such as Walker? Well not only did “Furious 7” silence critics, it paid an amazing and emotional tribute the late Paul Walker with “See You Again” bringing heartfelt lyricism by Wiz Khalifa and the soulful singing of Charlie Puth, making this an unforgettable last ride. See the official video below.

Wiz Khalifa’s latest single, “See You Again,” overthrew the more than three month run of Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk” and became the #1 song on Billboard’s Hot 100. And this past Wednesday, he took the stage on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to perform the hit.

With Charlie Puth at the keys, who sings the somber yet catchy chorus, the Pittsburgh rapper took to the smoke-filled stage for a live version of the single off of the “Furious 7″ soundtrack. In addition to the live performance, the show rolled clips from the music video — a series of moments from the movie franchise that highlight the late Paul Walker and his journey with cast members such as Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges, Michelle Rodriguez and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to name a few that certainly leave you wondering if a dry eye exists in the house.

“To have the responsibility to do the Paul Walker record was really dope,” Wiz told MTV News.

“I basically thought about what the movie stands for as far as family and brotherhood, and of course, using the metaphor of the last ride and the last race because of that last scene.” See interview below.

One of the most unexpected moments of MTV’s Movie Awards was Walker’s friend, “brother” and co-star, Vin Diesel, singing the chorus to “See You Again.”  See him explain the moment below.
