Charlotte Hunter is one of a kind. I’ve had the pleasure to get to know her due to a mutual friend while on travels throughout the UK. She is so down to earth & truly someone you should follow for inspiration as she’s accomplished a tremendous amount in a short period of time!

Having heard of Charlotte’s performance at The Soho Theatre in October 2012, through award winning playwright Bola Agbaje’s comment when she stated “It was great. I loved, and I have to say I am not just saying this…I mentioned it on the night. You were my fav actor of the night.” – she is a force to be reckoned with!

When performing in the 2010 Cambridge Shakespeare Festival, playing Ophelia in Hamlet and Olivia in Twelfth Night, Charlotte Hunter was described by the festival director as “probably the finest actress that I have been associated with.”

In a relatively short time, Charlotte has risen from a gifted enthusiast to a highly skilled professional in a career that began on screen in 2007 playing Hermione’s body and stunt double in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and again in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in 2009, after which she was in National Treasure: Book of Secrets opposite Nicholas Cage.

After playing a series of roles in 2008 at her local theatre, The Quay in Sudbury, Suffolk – Nora in A Doll’s House, Supporta in Scenes from an Execution, and the lead in Cinderella – she trained at The Oxford School of Drama.

Since then she has played a variety of character roles on stage, in Alfie and A Bit Between the Teeth for Rumpus Theatre Company, and at Oxford in Phaedra, As You Like It, Art of Success and Our Town.

As well as being in several short films and music videos, Charlotte has appeared on TV in the BBC drama series Doctors, and in the British TV movie We’ll Take Manhattan. Her recent feature films include Dungeons and Dragons: The Book of Vile Darkness and Waxx Epitaph for The Met Film School. Charlotte is currently filming the sci-fi thriller Omni, directed by Tristan Versluis who noted, “The future is bright for this young and talented actress.”
