Although each having to do with other life, living and lifestyle means something different depending on how you look at. There are those who have life, those living and individuals while on this planet who lead their lives in a specific way, often times meaningful way. One such person is remarkable to say the least. Taking the life she lives to not only do and become more but also serve as an inspiration and motivation to others, Athlete & Vitaflex Model Bella Falconi has found purpose in quality living. Wellness, fitness and nutrition are just some of her passions. Here in this recent interview with WBM find out what just what makes her so amazing.
WBM: In a few words, who is Bella Falconi?
BELLA: Bella Falconi is someone who is passionate about fitness and nutrition and loves to motivate people. Bella Falconi is someone who’s changed her life and by doing so, realized that other people could do the same. If it works for one, it must work for everyone else.
WBM: How long have you been involved with modeling and fitness?
BELLA: I’ve been training for about 10 years, but serious training and clean eating habits, over one year only.
WBM: When did you know that this was something that you wanted to pursue?
BELLA: When I told a friend of mine who’s a professional bodybuilder that I could never have her body. She said “don’t you dare say that again”. I remember saying something like “oh I work too much, I don’t have time”. The she said “what time do you work?”, I go “at 9 am, why?” She said: “you don’t do anything between 6 am and 9 am, so that’s when you will start training from now on…” That changed my life. I started the next day and after that day, I never stopped. The results started coming in 2 months and I was amazed by my progress. It’s just a matter of being patient until you get the first results. After that, you won’t want to live another lifestyle, never ever again.
WBM: What type of opportunity has your endeavors provided for you and your family?
BELLA: I’ve got many great opportunities not only because of my lifestyle but because of my confidence on myself. I think that confidence is one of the main keys to success and like I always say, it has opened many great doors in my life. In summary, this whole new lifestyle has brought me an amazing opportunity at Vitaflex, it made me a motivational speaker and inspiration to many, which to me is the most important part. Being able to change people’s life was the greatest accomplishment I’ve ever achieved.
WBM: What does a day in the life of Bella Falconi look like?
BELLA: Just like any other random girl. I wake up early, eat my pre-workout snack, walk my dogs, hit the gym, then I go to work, then to school. My life is pretty busy, but I always find time to see my friends, to cook my meals, to visit my family and hang out on the weekend. I became a pretty organized person after I changed my lifestyle. I rarely miss a meal and I always plan my day on the day before. It has been working for me for over a year now.
WBM: You’re amazingly fit. How is training for you on regular basis?
BELLA: I am currently on bulking phase, so my training has changed up a little bit. I currently have 5 different workout routines and I usually train 6 x a week and rest on Sundays. I used to do cardio 4 x a week before, but now I am doing only 1 or 2. I am competing this year so I need to make sure I achieve the competition physique I am aiming for within the expected time frame.
WBM: Biggest Accomplishment?
BELLA: Vitaflex Lifestyle.
WBM: When not training, what does some your down time consist of?
BELLA: Working, studying or hanging out with friends.
WBM: We’re at the beginning of 2013, you have any plans?
BELLA: I have a lot of plans for 2013, but the main ones is to bring Vitaflex’s name to the top and come up with a nice team of fitness coaches by Vitaflex Lifestyle.
WBM: How else would you like to impact this planet with your efforts?
BELLA: I would love to make more inspirational videos, which could be seen by anyone in any part of the world. I think that everything happens for a reason and if I am being able to inspire people, I would prefer to see it as a mission. I would love to help all women that have lost confidence and self-love. I will be able to do that one day in a larger proportion, I truly believe I will. I just have to figure out the best way to do so and go for it! We need more positivism in the world!!!!!
WBM: Any insight for those in pursuit of their goals and dreams?
BELLA: Clear your mind of can’t. Believe in your potential, because we usually know more than we think we do. We tend to underestimate our potential and let our fears and doubts take over our mind and thoughts. You can either control your mind or it will control you. It’s easier to give up than to try. If everything was easy, the world would be perfect and everybody would be happy. Make sure you have the right attitude and approach… Be positive!!!!
First off you have to start; starting is already half way from success. Then you have to believe in your potential and leave your fears behind. Listen to your heart! Respect your body! Ignore those who try to bring you down along your journey, even though that means walking by yourself. Sometimes it’s better to be by yourself than surrounded by people that try to belittle you. Set your goals high and never stop, even after you achieve them. There will always be room for improvements… Fitness is not a temporary phase or a state of mind: it’s a lifestyle!
